Thanks for dropping by. My name is Ed, and I love guitars. I play in a band and also collect the best examples I can find of instruments I’m interested in. Some of these guitars have taken me months or even years to find in great all-original condition. As time permits, I’ll be adding pictures from my collection, as well as adding information useful to the guitar collectors out there.
From time to time, I have stuff for sale, to keep the number of guitars to a somewhat reasonable number (reasonable for me lol). I’m trying to reduce duplication in my collection, and sometimes I need a guitar for a certain song or sound for recording, and no longer need it afterwards.
All of my instruments are worked on by the best people I can find, are lovingly cared for, and really don’t get a lot of use considering how many I have.
I’m fortunate to live near NYC, where some of the best guitar stores in the world are located, as well as some of the biggest guitar shows on the planet. Over the years I’ve owned well over 100 guitars, and have played over 2,000.
Guitar collecting has allowed me to meet some really cool people from all over the world: major collectors, executives, rock stars, premiere guitar dealers, producers, movie stars, and other terrific people who love guitars too. I’ve even hopped a plane to Sweden to hand-deliver 2 guitars to a really nice guy who spent some time showing me around Stockholm.
If you have a serious interest in buying some of the stuff I have listed, shoot me an email at Ed (at MyCoolGuitars.com)
Thanks for checking out my collection! Friend me on Facebook (let me know you found my site so I know its not a generic Facebook request):

p.s. Apparently there is a mycoolguitars ebay store in the UK, no relation to me at all. Guess he liked the name too!
