In my opinion, the best USA made Fender Stratocaster you can get under $1200. These guitars were a limited run issued in 1994 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Strat. Fender did something right with these guitars. I like them so much I’ve had several!
This one is in wonderful shape, an as a bonus includes a Seymour Duncan Hotrail in the bridge position (the original Fender bridge pickup is included).
